Pieces in the Puzzle – Part 2 Find it and use it

When you find it use it
Sometimes it’s hard for us to identify what our gifting and talents are and other times it’s obvious, but there are times when other people can spot or identify your gifting or talent in a particular area whilst you are totally oblivious to it. This can happen not because you don’t care, but perhaps to you,it is just something you do, and you do not consider it as a gift. None the less, whether it is obvious, identified or stumbled upon, your piece has a purpose. It is unusual to find the missing piece in the puzzle and then hold on to it, why? because it defeats the purpose of you finding the piece. Do not hide your gifts/talents away when you find it use it. Few questions to think of:
- Have you identified your gifting, talent or skills? if yes what have you done or are planning to do with it?.
- If No try finding yours,I believe everyone has something to offer
- Have you noticed someone else’s gifting or talent ? let them know what you see, they may not even be aware of the great possibilities or the impact they could have by exploring their gifting/talent.
Sometimes we try to do it on our own when all we needed was to connect our piece to another.
Connecting the pieces
One thing I like about “puzzles” is the inter connectivity it displays, in that each piece is linked to another and in some cases linked to two or more pieces. We cannot build a puzzle without linking because it is a very important part of the puzzle.
Puzzles in away symbolises unity of working together. There are some talents, skills, that are more effective and productive when they are all infused together. This infusion of talents must work in unison and each of the individual pieces must fit for them to accomplish the task.
My mind immediately runs to the Orchestra, though many instruments can be played in silos with a beautiful performance, when all the instruments of the orchestra band is being played and coordinated there is a more effective and powerful display of harmonious cords. Sometimes our talents are best when realised and connected with others.Pieces in the Puzzle- Part 3 Finale every piece matters
Ecclesiastes 4:9 Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor.
