Over Coming Fear Part 2- Fight or Flight

Fight or Flight Mode:

I wanted to start off with a deadly ingredient called Fear which must be eliminated from our diet. I call it the “Fear Free Diet”. We need to live life “Fear Free”.

Fear has the ability of crippling our lives, our decision making, but more importantly, it has been the cause of many unrealised ventures, unfulfilled dreams,uncompleted projects you name it.

I have been a victim of “fear”, most people in their life time will experience some type of fear and we often hear these words “Fight or Flight”. That’s what fear does,It creeps up on us, and we have to make a choice. We can do 1 of 2 things, we can choose to confront and fight our fears or we can simply cave in and flee.Read more in my next post.Overcoming Fear Backdrop story.

When we fight we are open to possibilities

When we flee we lose opportunities that could have been. 

I had a choice to make  so I chose to activate the fight mode and face my fears and I embarked on my Fear Free Diet.
