Some people love to lead and take centre stage but whilst it is rewarding not everyone who leads is a good leader. Leaders try to take us to a desired destination some take you to the end, whilst others may go halfway and some never get to even steer the ship
If you desire to lead or have been placed in leadership, this is a beautiful place to be. Leadership can propel you into greatness and you can go on to build breath taking skyscrapers and accomplish great things. On the other hand you can have the flip side effect and disintegrate in a humbling manner like a cookie that crumbles, in a cup of freshly brewed tea.
Don’t let the power of Leadership and overconfidence consume you, lest you get side tracked and forget why you have been called to lead. Remember your purpose for leading. So whether you are the CEO ,appointed or inherited always remember you have the power to influence and that in itself holds the key to success
